Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds/recipe

Makes: 1 serving




½ cup almond milk (can use any type of milk)

½ cup old-fashioned oats

2 teaspoons chia seeds

½ teaspoon cinnamon


Optional Toppings

Chopped fruit

Almond butter

Shredded, unsweetened coconut

Low fat granola




Add all ingredients to a Mason jar or container and stir. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
