Makes: 4 servings
1 package frozen pork dumplings
1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
¼ bottle of Stir Fry Sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and diced
½ Napa cabbage, shredded
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Rinse and shred Napa cabbage. Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place a single layer of dumplings in skillet, cook until browned. Add ¼ cup water to the skillet. Cook dumplings until water has evaporated, then transfer dumplings to a separate plate.
Add the vegetables and ginger to skillet and sauté until tender and lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Add dumplings to skillet with vegetables and stir to combine. Add garlic sesame sauce to skillet and gently stir ingredients to coat with sauce. Remove from skillet and serve with shredded Napa cabbage or steamed rice.
